Boarding - T & C

1. Only Small breed - sterilised/puppy male; all female


2. Only 1 Dog a time - so that the place will still be a home instead of a pet shop / zoo. I'm sure you will like your dog to be in a stress free environment as much as we do. (urgent boarding / extension will be treated case-to-case basis)


3. Freedom - The dogs have free roam of the hall, kitchen and my room. At night, all dogs sleep in the hall, including mine, in their own beds. However, if the dog proves to be a "Super-Marker" or "Super - Destroyer", in order to retain sainity and humanity in house, dog will sleep in an 8-piece playpen at night.


4. Potty Breaks - I do not walk dogs as I do not want to take the risk of the dogs getting ticks or fleas as my dogs have always been clean of them. However, for dogs that are out-door trained, they will be given 2-3 potty breaks a day, unless raining.


5. Gai-Gai - If I bring my dogs out , I will bring your dog(s) along, unless otherwise requested


6. Preboarding Interaction - Dog must make a trip to my place for an interaction time to ensure that both parties are comfortable, especially between your dog and mine. (Of which, there will be 30mins - 1 hr whereby the dog is required to stay in the premise on its own, as we realise that all dogs behave differently with/without the presence of its owner.)


7. Payment - 50% payment upon "Checking In", balance 50% payment upon "Checking Out".


8. Extension - If you are stuck overseas with no flight back home, please give us a call to extend the stay. Although we mention 1-Dog-Boarding Policy, should there be other dogs boarding during your dog's extended stay, we will need your understanding in this matter. Dogs not collected after 72hrs (without any call for extension) will be deem abandon, I will do as I deem fit.


9. Disclaimer - We will do our utmost to give your pooch a safe and comfortable environment, but, if owner fails to inform us of any allergies and/or medical issues, we will not be held liable. However, we will send your pooch to the nearest hospital - Mount Pleasant Whitley, and will do all we can in our capacity to help it during your absence.


10. Fair & Square - Basically, whatever treatment my own dogs receive, your dog will receive the same, unless otherwise requested.

Boarding - Info

Rates

• $15 per day, with 3 hrs grace, otherwise add $1 per hour.

Example 1:
Day 1 Check in at 5pm, Day 2 Check out at 8pm
Fees: 1day X $15 = $15

Example 2:
Day 1 Check in at 5pm, Day 2 Check out at 10pm
Fees: 1day X $15 + 2 additional hours X $1 = $17

• $5 per Shower - bathing and cleaning of ears (free for every 7 days of stay)
• Medication - $1 per application
• Pet Taxi - $15 one-way / $20 two-way (special rates for boarding dogs)

Things to Bring

3. *Bed or Blanket (so that your dog will feel comfortable and secure with the familiar scent)


4. *Boarding Information and Agreement form


5. Shampoo and towel


6. Any other things (e.g. medication, clothes, supplements, etc)

• All dogs must be licenced, please attached a copy of the licence for verification


• Dogs must be tick-free / flea-free, otherwise we will administer Frontline upon sightings. (Full amount will be reimburse by owners, receipt will be given)

P.s. Should you wish to board your small pets (in cages - eg: hamsters, birds, terrapins, etc), please call / sms for further discussion. Rates range from $5-$10 per day.

Pet Taxi Services

Effective December 2008, we will be providing Pet Taxi transport to anywhere in Singapore with our Fiat Doblo 1.9JTD.

We charged a flat rate for any distance and any breed!


Pet Taxi Charges (1 handler, 1 dog, 1 destination)

1. One way - $20
2. Return - $35

Excluding admission fees, erp charges and any other fees or charges incurred along the way.


Special Rates - 1 way

1. Dogs boarding with Waggie-Ville - $15
2. Rescue case - $15
3. Long Term / Regular Basis - To be discuss

Other Additional Charges

1. Additional Passenger - $2 per head (regardless whether 2 or 4-legged)
2. Additional Stops - $5 per stop
3. Waiting - $10 per hr or part thereof
4. Booking less than 12hrs - $10
5. Pick Up between 10:00pm to 7:59am - $10
